Licensing model
- The license types differ only in maximum number of developers using the product.
- The Site License does not have any restrictions in this respect.
- All license types entitle you to create an unlimited number of derived works using
the product. The derived works can be deployed to an unlimited number of physical
locations within or outside of your organization.
- All license types support royalty free distribution.
Subscription
Buying a license for the product, you automatically get a subscription which allows
permanent updating of the product for one year. After this first year the subscription
expires. If you want to continue getting upgrades and hot fixes, you have to renew
your product subscription.
Support
Technical support is free and is handled through the
support forum
or emails. Reporting a bug or an issue is guided by the
support
case form and after the problem has been solved, it is saved in the database of known issues and fixes.
Subscription Renewals
When you buy a license you get a subscription to the product updates which lasts
for one year. You can renew your subscription before the expiration – we will notify
you about the expiration date on time via email. If your subscription expires, you
can still use the product and get support, but you do not get new features or fixes.
If you have a problem that requires a hot fix but do not have a current subscription,
you will have to renew it before you can benefit from the fix.
