Report Engine changes:

• List element One-Item-Per-Page (OIPP) scenario issue: When you wanted each collection item to be rendered on its a new page there was always a blank line at the beginning of each page (only the first item page was correctly rendered) and there was always additional blank page (due to the last repeated page break). The engine now always detects an OIPP case and automatically deletes empty lines and the last page break.
